Man can be a virus in his environment. Inspired by news of antibiotic resistant virus' I used a visual based on that to suggest humankind's changing of the planet for the worse. Reused Compact discs and oak branches are arranged into the form of a virus capsid (an icosahedron which many viruses take because it is a very stable form) to suggest that mankind can often be a problem in the environment.
